Academic autonomy gained in 2007 has added greater challenges and activities in SDMCET. Principal / Director, Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Deans, Advisors…are the integral part of administration of the institution. In the course to decentralization of administration, the Deans who are professors from various departments shoulder their share of academic administration on a regular basis. While Dean, Administration looks after matters concerning faculty members, Dean, Student Welfare takes the responsibility of dealing with student matters. All issues of academic programs at the college are handled by the Dean, Academic Program and the Dean, Infrastructure Planning & Development is connected with the developmental activities at the Institution.
Examination, Evaluation & Results.
Preparations to and conduct of examinations, Evaluation process and announcement of results are done by the office of Controller of Examinations for which Controller of Examininations (COE) is the head. |
